All massages include oil massage, hot compress, hot stones and cupping if requested. I can also offer the traditional Chinese massage Gua Sha if requested. This massage involves the use of  massage tool to scrap the skin and release any blocked Chi in your body. It is very good for shoulder, back and neck pain and can assist with insomnia. Please advise if you wish to try this massage, please note that while I will work with you and your tolerance level for this massage it is not a soft massage. There is no extra charge for this to be added to your massage session
